A few days in Osaka

£38.39

Visiting Osaka was about wandering. The big thoroughfares were highways of cars speeding through the city, but the smaller streets were free for walking. Pedestrian ways, busy shopping areas, tiny corner izakaya – there was plenty to take in. The bright signage of the parking lots kept catching my attention and bicycles were everywhere.

Quantity

It was only a few days, so no way to get beyond the status of spectator, but then the city was full of visitors, most of them shopping or gazing around like us. And so, no revelations or social commentaries, simply the specular enjoyment of being in the world.
